Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Lucknow. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and restoration projects. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with project requirements, handling logistics, and monitoring quality and inspection processes. The Project Manager will lead teams to ensure successful project completion within specified timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Project Management and experience with complex infrastructure or construction projects
- Proficiency in Expediting and acting as an Expeditor to ensure smooth project workflow
- Strong skills in Inspection and ensuring compliance with project quality and safety standards
- Experience with Logistics Management and the ability to streamline supply chain processes
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet project deadlines
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with government regulations and standards for large-scale construction projects is a plus
