Project Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven, execution-focused Project Manager who operates as a task master—someone who can own multiple projects end-to-end, drive accountability across teams, and ensure consistent delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
This role demands strong ownership, speed, and clarity in execution, with the ability to manage ambiguity and translate business goals into structured, actionable plans—especially within industrial automation and robotics domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of multiple concurrent projects from planning to delivery with a strong focus on execution and timelines
- Break down high-level objectives into clear tasks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
- Drive cross-functional coordination (AI, hardware, software, operations) to ensure seamless execution
- Act as the single point of accountability for project delivery, proactively identifying bottlenecks and resolving them
- Ensure on-time, within-scope, and within-budget delivery across all projects
- Maintain tight control on task tracking, prioritization, and follow-ups with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage customer communication, expectation alignment, and escalation handling with high responsiveness
- Identify risks early and implement practical mitigation strategies to avoid delivery impact
- Establish and enforce execution discipline, reporting cadence, and project governance
- Continuously optimize processes to improve speed, efficiency, and delivery quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–6 years of proven experience in high-intensity project execution roles
- Strong track record of handling multiple projects simultaneously with consistent delivery outcomes
- Hands-on expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project execution models
- Exceptional ability to drive teams, enforce accountability, and close tasks without slippage
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and clear, structured communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello or similar
- Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and deliver under pressure
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Industrial Automation, Robotics, Autonomous Systems, or Deep-Tech environments
- Exposure to hardware-software integrated projects
- Experience working in fast-paced startup environments with high growth and evolving priorities
