Are you passionate about shaping how culture responds to the challenges of our time? ReReeti is seeking a Project Manager to drive two of our initiatives. The role will involve working closely with the Founder-Director and Programmes & Operations Lead to manage multiple stakeholders, oversee project timelines, and contribute to in-house research, external communications and evaluation.
What will you do?- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities under two projects.
- Liaise with museums, sector vendors, and experts to ensure smooth communication and execution of planned activities.
- Support the creation of outreach materials, reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Facilitate workshops, dialogues, and meetings (online and on-site) with partner museums and collaborators.
- Create a monitoring framework for both the projects and evaluate thoroughly periodically.
- Prepare quarterly and annual project reports.
- Conduct research and compile data related to sustainability, inclusion, and community engagement.
- Assist in identifying partnerships, funding opportunities, and collaborations that align with ReReeti’s initiatives.
What do you need?- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in museum studies, heritage management, environmental studies, sustainability, social sciences, or related fields.
- Additional courses on inclusion, accessibility, and diversity are greatly encouraged.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in cultural projects related to sustainability and community engagement (internships and volunteer work will not be considered).
- Understanding of climate change, sustainability, and cultural practice in social contexts.
- Strong project management skills with process sheets and a monitoring and impact tracking mindset.
- Strong research and data collection skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Hindi is an advantage.
