CTC: ₹6 – 9 Lakhs per annum
Job Summary:
Alpro Extrusions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical and extrusion-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities as per timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with production, design, and procurement teams
- Ensure optimal resource utilization and cost control
- Track project progress and prepare status reports
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain client communication and ensure satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in extrusion/manufacturing industry)
Required Skills:
- Strong project management and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and project planning tools
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Preferred:
- Experience in extrusion or metal/plastic manufacturing industry
- Familiarity with ERP/project management software
Note: Candidates with a proven track record of handling multiple projects efficiently will be preferred.
