Role Description The Project Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution for interior and civil turnkey projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and adherence to project specifications. The role involves monitoring project progress, managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed documentation and reports. The Project Manager will also support expediting activities, optimize logistics, and uphold Radical Ventures’ values by ensuring ethical, transparent, and cost-effective project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including Project Management, planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Experience in expediting processes, including Expeditor and Expediting skills for timely procurement and delivery of materials.
- Inspection capabilities, with the ability to conduct site inspections, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Logistics Management skills to oversee material flow, vendor coordination, and supply chain efficiency.
- Proven experience in interior or civil projects, preferably in turnkey or PMC environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications, with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with a focus on ethical decision-making and cost-effective solutions.
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools; familiarity with reporting and documentation standards.
