About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Project Manager with strong Scrum and Agile delivery expertise to lead cross-functional technology projects. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of experience managing end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and Agile execution within fast-paced environments.
The candidate must be based in Kochi and should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and leadership.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Track project progress, dependencies, risks, and escalations.
- Prepare project reports, status updates, and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Facilitate continuous improvement within Agile teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication across teams.
- Ensure adherence to Agile best practices and project governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall experience in Project Management.
- Strong hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) preferred.
- Proven experience managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and delivery frameworks.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
- Experience in handling enterprise-scale applications/projects.
- Exposure to cloud, digital transformation, or product-based environments is preferred.
Mandatory Requirement
- Candidates must be currently based in Kochi, Kerala or willing to work from Kochi immediately.
- Strong Scrum/Agile experience is mandatory.
