Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Gurugram. The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of turnkey fitout and retail visibility projects, coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Daily responsibilities include developing project plans, tracking progress, managing resources, and resolving issues or risks that may impact project outcomes. The role involves conducting site visits, monitoring installation and construction activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and design specifications. The Project Manager will also prepare reports, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors in construction, fitouts, or retail infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in using project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, collaboration platforms).
- Solid communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills for client-facing interactions.
- Ability to conduct and evaluate site inspections, monitor execution quality, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capability to work under tight timelines and short notices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Business, or a related field;
- Prior experience in retail fitouts, interior projects, or similar domains across multiple locations is highly beneficial.
