Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager located in Kolkata. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery. Key responsibilities include project management, monitoring progress, leading inspection processes, and efficiently handling logistics to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, the role requires driving collaboration and communication between stakeholders to minimize bottlenecks and maintain project quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and monitoring capabilities
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor roles to ensure timely delivery and project progression
- Proficiency in Inspection processes to maintain compliance and deliver quality outcomes
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and supply chain coordination
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment and handle multiple tasks
- Educational background or certifications in Project Management or related fields
- Prior experience in real estate or construction industries is advantageous
- Minimum experience of 20 years
