Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong exposure to manufacturing, automobile, heavy engineering, or industrial project environments. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, coordination, monitoring, and timely delivery while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent project execution capabilities, milestone tracking experience, resource management skills, and strong communication abilities within industrial/manufacturing setups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning, Execution & Delivery Management
- Project Scheduling, Monitoring & Milestone Tracking
- Cross-functional Team Coordination
- Resource Allocation & Utilization Management
- PMO Process Management & Reporting
- Client/Vendor/Stakeholder Coordination
- Risk Identification & Escalation Management
- Invoicing & Commercial Coordination
- Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and timelines
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, Design, and Operations teams
Required Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience in Manufacturing/Engineering domain
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Knowledge of PMO processes and project lifecycle management
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of project scheduling and delivery management
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively

- MBA/PGDM will be an added advantage
Note:
Candidates from Automobile, Manufacturing, Heavy Engineering, or Industrial Project Management background will be preferred. Pure IT/software project management profiles may not be suitable for this role.
