Role: Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA)
Experience: 4–9 Years
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)
We are looking for a strong Project Manager / Business Analyst profile who can drive projects end-to-end while being hands-on with data and issue investigation.
Key Requirements:
- 4–9 years of relevant experience in Project Management and/or Business Analysis
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Hands-on experience with SQL is mandatory
- Should be capable of investigating production/issues independently using data queries
- Candidate should not be limited to a pure PMO/coordinator role
- Experience working closely with Product, Engineering, QA, and Business teams
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to track deliverables, manage dependencies, and drive closure
Preferred:
- Candidates with both PM + BA experience will be preferred
- Exposure to fintech, trading, banking, payments, or product-based environments is an advantage
