Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Ahmedabad, where the chosen candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities include managing resources, ensuring project timelines and budgets are adhered to, conducting inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and optimizing logistics and material procurement processes. The role demands effective supervision of on-site teams and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Project Management, with an ability to plan, execute, and supervise construction projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor tasks, including efficient communication with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Expertise in Inspection and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards at project sites.
- Skills in Logistics Management, including material procurement, supply chain optimization, and resource allocation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with construction technologies, tools, and techniques, including shuttering (Mivan and conventional) and RMC processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management will be an advantage.
- Proven experience in handling large-scale construction projects is preferred.
