Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring that objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. They will lead project teams, manage stakeholder communications, identify risks, and implement solutions to mitigate challenges. The role involves coordinating teams across geographies, monitoring progress, and fostering collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Experience in budget management, resource allocation, and project scheduling
- Strong leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing project landscapes
- Strong written and verbal communication, ensuring effective collaboration across remote teams
- Experience working with technical teams in software development, particularly in manufacturing or insurance industries, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar
