nFaktor works with global B2B clients across South Asia, EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa), and Latin America, delivering end-to-end digital marketing and campaign management solutions driven by data and AI-enabled strategies.
Role: Project/Campaign Management – Marketing Campaigns (Multiple levels)
The ideal candidate will support end-to-end marketing campaign execution for nFaktor’s global clients, including email, social media, webinars, and AI-enabled digital campaigns. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering B2B marketing initiatives while leveraging new and emerging AI tools for automation, content support, and performance optimization.
Role Expectations
- Plan, manage, and execute campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Design, Content, Social Media, Tech, and AI teams for campaign execution.
- Support AI-driven marketing activities such as automation, content generation, personalization, and account nurturing.
- Assist in developing campaign strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Track campaign performance, analyse results, and prepare reports.
- Assign and monitor tasks to ensure timely delivery.
- Use AI and marketing tools to improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
- Ensure high-quality execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Understanding of digital marketing, B2B campaigns, SEO, and social media.
- Familiarity with AI tools in marketing (content, automation, analytics) is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with global clients and cross-functional teams. (Knowledge of a non-Indian South Asian language is an added plus)
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing/project coordination.
- Experience in end-to-end campaign execution (preferably B2B).
- Exposure to AI-enabled marketing tools, automation, or digital campaign management preferred.
