Job Title:Project Manager / Customer Success Manager (Technical)
Location:Remote (Kerala, Karnataka, Tamilnadu) with mandatory onsite work in Wayanad (Kerala) – 1 week per month
Salary:₹50,000+ per month (based on experience)
Job Summary:We are looking for a highly organized and technically proficient Project Manager / Customer Success Manager who can manage end-to-end project delivery while maintaining strong client relationships, primarily with US-based customers.
This is a multi-functional role combining Project Management, Customer Success, and Business Analysis, ideal for candidates who can operate across technical and client-facing domains.
Key Responsibilities:Project Management- Own and manage project lifecycle from requirements to delivery
- Coordinate with internal development teams and stakeholders
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure on-time execution
- Identify risks and proactively resolve issues
Customer Success- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients
- Conduct regular client calls, updates, and follow-ups
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
- Manage expectations and ensure smooth communication
Business Analysis- Gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Create specifications, workflows, and use cases
- Bridge communication between technical team and clients
- Ensure solutions align with business needs
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong technical background (IT / Software / Telecom / SaaS preferred)
- Proven experience working with US clients
- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly
Work Model (Important):- Remote work allowed
- Mandatory presence in Wayanad office for 1 week every month
- Candidates must be willing to travel and coordinate with on-ground teams
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in VoIP, APIs, SaaS, or cloud platforms
- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
