Job Title: Project Manager
Job Location: Remote, India
Experience: 8+ Years
Employment Type: 5 Months contract

Required Skills & Competencies:
* Minimum of 8+ Years of experience
* Comprehensive knowledge of Individual and Business onboarding and servicing processes, as well as Insurance onboarding, servicing, MIS, and reconciliation activities within regulated financial services environments.
* Strong understanding of end‑to‑end automation and straight‑through processing, including the application of AI‑driven technologies such as NLP, LLMs, and intelligent workflow automation.
* Demonstrated project management capability, with experience leading complex, cross‑functional automation and transformation initiatives from inception through delivery, using Agile Methodology.
* Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups, including business, operations, technology, risk, compliance, and external vendor partners, ensuring alignment and coordinated execution.
* Implement straight‑through processing by leveraging Agentic AI, Velocity frameworks, and Model‑Driven Architecture (MDA) technologies, including NLP and LLM‑based automation components
