Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Patna. The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating across teams, expediting workflows, managing project logistics, and conducting inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Project Management and experience in effectively leading project teams.
- Proficiency in Expediting and related Expeditor responsibilities to ensure smooth project progression.
- Hands-on experience with Inspection and quality assurance to maintain high construction standards.
- Solid Logistics Management skills for efficient resource planning and supply chain coordination.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to interact with teams, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management are a plus.
