Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and result-oriented Project Manager to lead and manage projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Manage resource allocation effectively
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Management or related field
- Proven experience in project management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Excel, etc.)
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in [Industry – Manufacturing / Engineering / Automation, etc.]
- PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory)
