🚧 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Civil (PEB / Structural Projects)
📍 Location: Initially in Bihar (Transferable anywhere in India based on project requirements)
📅 Employment Type: Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (Civil) with strong execution capabilities in industrial, warehouse, infrastructure, and structural projects. If you have a proven track record of delivering projects successfully while managing teams, clients, and vendors — we would like to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end execution of prefabricated building projects from planning to handover.
Oversee civil construction activities including foundations, structural works, and finishing.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Possess strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection, and modular construction systems.
Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Supervise vendors, contractors, and fabrication units for smooth execution.
Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with statutory and site regulations.
Monitor project progress, prepare MIS reports, and resolve on-site challenges proactively.
Act as a key liaison between clients, consultants, and internal teams for seamless communication.
📌 Project Scope:
•Managing multiple projects (not restricted to a single project site).
🔹 Experience & Qualification:
• Experience: 7+ Years
• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
🔹 Key Selection Criteria
- Project Handling Experience
Managed projects of 30,000+ sqft size.
Experience handling projects valued at ₹10 Cr+.
Managed 5+ small-scale projects.
Managed 2+ large-scale projects.
Experience handling projects across multiple states / regions.
Experience working with major clients such as L&T, Oil & Refinery Plants, Metro Projects, etc.
Experience in industrial facilities, logistics parks, warehouses, metro stations, bridges, or similar infrastructure projects.
Hands-on experience in both fabrication and erection of structural systems.
Experience leading teams of 15+ employees.
- Vendor & Contractor Management
Negotiation experience with fabricators, erectors, and suppliers.
Ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
Knowledge of ISO 9001, EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety), and statutory approvals.
Ability to resolve site challenges such as weather delays, logistics issues, and manpower constraints.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Tekla, MS Project, Primavera, SAP, or ERP tools.
Familiarity with steel grades, coatings, and procurement of PEB materials.
- Reporting & Documentation
Experience in MIS reporting, DPR (Daily Progress Reports), and client updates.
🔹 Critical Factors
• Willingness to travel to different project locations across India when required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred (Construction Management background is a plus).
• Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and commitment to project success.
