About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to oversee façade installation and site coordination activities from project mobilization through completion. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating with different teams, and ensuring smooth project execution in line with planned timelines and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage façade site activities from project start to completion and handover.
- Review project drawings, site requirements, and installation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and client representatives for smooth execution.
- Monitor installation activities and support timely completion of project milestones.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination of façade installation activities at site.
- Work closely with design, production, and project teams for execution support and material availability.
- Supervise site manpower, subcontractors, and installation teams.
- Track site progress and support resolution of day-to-day execution challenges.
- Ensure installation quality and adherence to approved project requirements.
- Coordinate site materials, logistics, and equipment requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with management regarding site progress and key updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.
- Maintain site documentation such as daily reports, progress updates, and material records.
- Support productivity improvement and effective utilization of site resources.
- Encourage teamwork, accountability, and positive coordination among site teams.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in façade site execution, installation, or project coordination.
- Good understanding of façade systems and installation practices.
- Experience in handling site activities for commercial, residential, or high-rise façade projects.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams, subcontractors, and site activities effectively.
- Familiarity with project planning, site execution processes, and safety practices.
