Qualifications ( Any one of the following):
- MBA (Healthcare / Project Management)
- Master of Public Health (MPH)
Experience:
- More than 2 years of experience in managing healthcare projects
- Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and field operations is preferred
Mandatory Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle and possess a valid driving licence
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned project area
- Should be from Odisha, preferably from Western Odisha
- Proficiency in MS Office and project reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- strong>ponsibilities:
- Selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Lead the end-to-end execution of healthcare and public health projects
- Develop project plans, implementation strategies, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and implementation partners.
- Oversee field operations, technical support, logistics, and call centre activities.
- Monitor project progress, quality standards, and key performance indicators.
- Review MIS reports, dashboards, and operational data to ensure timely project delivery.
- Identify operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, project guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide status updates to senior management.
- Drive continuous process improvement and operational excellence.
