Job Role:
Responsible for end-to-end execution of mid-scale building construction projects, ensuring timely delivery with optimum cost, quality, and safety through strong site coordination and resource management.
Qualification Required:
B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience:
08–15 years of total experience in handling building construction projects
Location:
North India, including Delhi NCR
Position OverviewMDP Infra is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of building construction projects. The role involves ensuring delivery within defined timelines, cost, quality, and safety parameters, with hands-on involvement in planning, coordination, and site management.
The position requires strong execution capabilities in RCC works, finishing activities, and coordination with consultants, clients, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute civil construction works including substructure and superstructure
- Manage RCC structural works and finishing activities
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors for smooth project execution
- Monitor and control project schedule, cost, quality, and productivity
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory compliance
- Oversee resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment
- Drive timely client billing and certification of subcontractor bills
- Track project cash flow and cost control
- Maintain DPRs, progress reports, and MIS documentation
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely decision-making for execution challenges
Key Competencies- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, finishing works, and construction methodologies
- Basic proficiency in planning tools such as MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors efficiently
- Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Focus on execution efficiency, quality, and cost control
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
