Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Udupi. The Project Manager will oversee and manage industrial painting and flooring projects, ensuring timely and successful completion. Key responsibilities include coordinating logistics, overseeing project schedules, managing communication between stakeholders, conducting inspections, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will also supervise teams, resolve issues, and ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and leadership skills, including the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in Expediting and Logistic Management to ensure streamlined planning and material flow
- Experience with Expeditor tasks and managing procurement processes efficiently
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality assurance to uphold high standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and team coordination
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills for addressing challenges in a dynamic industrial environment
- Familiarity with industrial painting techniques and safety protocols is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
