Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing steel-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external partners, tracking project timelines, managing documentation, and monitoring quality and safety compliance. The Project Manager will supervise expediting activities, follow up on material procurement and deliveries, and align logistics with project schedules. The role also involves conducting or coordinating inspections, resolving project issues, preparing status reports, and continuously improving processes to meet organizational standards and client expectations.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to monitor orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to supervise quality checks, verify compliance with specifications, and support audit
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, .
- Experience in the steel, fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial projects sector will be beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in basic project management and office software.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adhere to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
