Position Details
- Role: Project Manager
- Experience: 10–15+ Years
- Qualification: BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Location: Bangalore
- Industry: Real Estate & Construction
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution
- Manage planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
- Supervise site operations, vendors, and subcontractors
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project delivery
- Monitor documentation, reporting, and resource planning
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction execution and project management
- Experience in high-rise or industrial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
