Hiring | Project Manager – Highrise (Mumbai)
Looking for a seasoned Project Manager (20+ yrs) to lead a Highrise Building Project in Mumbai.
• Lead end-to-end project execution ensuring delivery within time, cost, and
quality parameters
• Drive project planning, scheduling, and resource mobilization
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation
strategies
• Oversee commercial, cost, and financial performance of the project
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards
• Manage client, consultants, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Strong experience in large-scale building projects
• Expertise in execution, planning & stakeholder management
• Proven track record in delivering projects on time & within budget
