Job Description: Project Manager
Location: Pune
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with a strong background in application development and support. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience and a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering high-quality projects on time.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of 20+ members, providing coaching, grooming, and guidance to ensure team development and performance.
· Project Management: Oversee and maintain delivery schedules, SLAs, quality standards, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
· Technical Expertise: Utilize knowledge in Gen AI, Agentic Solutions to understand project requirements and guide the team, though hands-on experience in the current role is not required.
· Process Management: Implement and manage project management, IT service, and change management processes.
· Financial Management: Create Statements of Work (SOW), manage billing processes, and conduct revenue forecasting.
· Audit Preparation: Prepare for and manage project-level audits for CMMI, BCP, ISO, and security standards.
· Client Interaction: Work with global clients, preferably from the US, and manage flexible working hours to meet client needs.
· Collaboration: Collaborate with the Resource Management and Recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.
Qualifications:
· Experience: 15-18 years in application development and support, with over 10 years in project management.
· Team Management: Proven experience managing teams of 20+ members.
· Technical Background: Strong understanding of .NET or JAVA technologies.
· Coaching Skills: Ability to coach, groom, and guide team members effectively.
· Project Management Skills: Proficiency in managing delivery schedules, SLAs, quality, and CSAT.
· Process Knowledge: Well-versed in project management, IT service, and change management processes.
· Experience and certification of CSM /Agile methodology / PMP.
· Administrative Skills: Familiarity with SOW creation, billing processes, and revenue forecasting.
· Audit Experience: Experience facing project-level audits for CMMI, BCP, ISO, and security.
· Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Global Experience: Experience working with global clients, preferably from the US, and willingness to work flexible hours.
· Domain Experience: Experience in BFSI, AI & Agentic domain projects is preferred.
