Project Manager – SEO & PPC
Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience in managing SEO and PPC projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing digital marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring flawless execution, and maintaining smooth communication between clients, strategists, and execution teams. You’ll be accountable for project planning, delivery, and performance ensuring campaigns meet deadlines, budgets, and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SEO and PPC projects (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) from planning to execution.
- Act as the primary client point of contact: gather requirements, set expectations, and share timely updates.
- Collaborate with internal digital teams to develop, launch, and optimize paid campaigns and organic strategies.
- Create and maintain project timelines, task allocations, and status reports to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance, ad spend, traffic, and keyword rankings, proactively flagging risks or gaps.
- Conduct regular reviews and prepare performance reports for clients and leadership.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve team coordination.
- Support in website and ad account audits, providing recommendations for strategic improvements.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, paid media innovations, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 - 3 years of experience in project management within digital marketing (SEO & PPC).
- Strong understanding of SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
- Familiarity with PPC platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both client and internal team interactions.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or Notion).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Problem-solving attitude with a client-first approach.
