Role Description This is a full-time, HO based Project Manager role. The Project Manager oversees 220kV EHV Transmission line works with end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of construction, renewable energy, and infrastructure projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include defining project scope, creating schedules, managing resources, and coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, and site teams. The role involves monitoring progress, managing risks, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The Project Manager also prepares status reports, leads project meetings, resolves operational issues, and supports continuous improvement in project execution.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including experience in planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to drive timely delivery of materials, services, and documentation.
- Inspection skills to verify quality, safety, and compliance at sites and during project milestones.
- Logistics Management skills to oversee material movement, scheduling, and coordination with suppliers and transport partners.
- Experience in construction of 220kV Transmission line is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage.
