Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Machilipatnam for a Project Manager at KSR Marine Services. Responsibilities include planning, executing, and overseeing marine infrastructure development projects while ensuring compliance with project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The role involves coordinating between field teams, clients, and stakeholders, managing resources effectively, monitoring project progress, and resolving any operational challenges. You will also be responsible for risk assessment, quality assurance, and adhering to safety standards.
Qualifications
- Project management skills, including planning, coordination, and resource management
- Experience in marine infrastructure projects, such as dredging, land reclamation, or coastal engineering
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation
- Team leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in risk management and quality assurance protocols
- Familiarity with environmental and safety compliance in marine projects
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field
- Certification in PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is an advantage
