Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will oversee the execution of lighting projects from inception to completion, ensuring all processes align with the company’s design philosophy. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients and teams, managing project timelines, monitoring progress, expediting tasks, coordinating logistics, and conducting inspections. The role demands a high level of organization, effective communication, and a focus on delivering projects that meet both technical requirements and aesthetic goals.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Project Management to oversee planning, execution, and delivery on time and within budget.
- Experience in Expediting and Expeditor-related tasks to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.
- Strong skills in Logistics Management to handle coordination, and delivery on site.
- Ability to conduct thorough Inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design and client requirements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and effectively manage stakeholders.
- Engineering background or equivalent knowledge in architectural or lighting design is a plus.
