Location: Mumbai-Goregaon


Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.

2. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time within scope.

3. Developing project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

4. Ensure resource availability and allocation, and deliver every project on time within the scope.

5. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and Project Status Reports.

6. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.

7. Report and escalate to management as needed.

8. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

9. Perform risk management to minimise project risks.

10. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

11. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

12. Should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks.


Requirements and skills:

1. Having 10+ years of experience in customer support/client handling.

2. Good educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or MBA, preferably in Finance.

3. Should know how to operate MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. (Advanced Excel)

4. Working experience in LOS (Loan Origination System and LMS (Loan Management System) (The CBS and Payments domains will be added as an advantage)

5. Good written and verbal communication skills.

6. Basic Understanding of Lending or experience would be a plus.

7. Good in stakeholder management (Internal & External).

8. Proven working experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.

9. Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies would be a plus.

10. Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

11. Team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

12. PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
