Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager based in Ahmedabad. The Project Manager will oversee the successful planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Key responsibilities include supervising project timelines, managing logistics, coordinating with teams and external stakeholders, ensuring work adheres to specifications, and enforcing quality and safety standards. The Project Manager will also be pivotal in expediting project phases and resolving any on-site challenges to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, coordinating, and managing construction projects
- Experience in Expediting and as an Expeditor to ensure project advancements meet deadlines
- Strong understanding of Inspection processes for compliance with quality standards
- Logistics Management skills for efficient handling of materials, resources, and schedules
- Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and team coordination capabilities
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management software is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field is preferred
