ClientX — a forward-looking logistics software company building enterprise-grade products powered by data analytics, AI/ML, and network optimization — is looking for an experienced Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of complex IT initiatives.

📍 Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Office/Hybrid)

What you'll do:
✅ Lead large-scale delivery using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
✅ Own Jira & Confluence — workflows, dashboards, sprint metrics (Velocity, Burn-down, Lead Time)
✅ Build Risk Mitigation Plans & manage a proactive Risk/Dependency Matrix
✅ Own Release Planning across Dev, QA, DevOps & business stakeholders
✅ Act as the strategic bridge between US management and execution teams
✅ Mentor junior PMs and foster a high-performance team culture
What we're looking for:
🔹 7+ years in IT project management
🔹 Strong hands-on expertise in Jira & Confluence
🔹 Solid grasp of Agile (Scrum/SAFe/Lean) and Waterfall
🔹 Excellent communication, conflict resolution & executive stakeholder management
🔹 Ability to solve complex problems with innovative thinking
🔹 Bonus: Experience with GIS, logistics, route optimization, or enterprise B2B products; AWS familiarity
🎓 Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, MIS, Computer Science or related field. PMP certification or a premier institute program management degree preferred — but we prioritize portfolio quality and product experience over degrees.
