Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include defining project scope, creating schedules, managing resources, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring that project documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date. The Project Manager will also collaborate closely with design, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution and successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- 3-8 Years of commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials, services, and project milestones.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Competence in Logistics Management, including coordination of suppliers, transportation, and inventory related to project needs.
- Relevant academic background in engineering, management, business, or a related field.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software; prior experience in a design, construction, or studio environment is an advantage.
