We are looking for a highly capable, hands-on Project Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves solving complex problems, and is energised by the challenge of turning client visions into delivered reality.
In this role, you will be the linchpin between our passionate agile engineering teams and our clients defining milestones, managing delivery schedules, translating business needs into actionable roadmaps, and ensuring every release meets the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project delivery - from scope definition and resource planning through to release and post-launch review
- Build and maintain detailed project plans including Gantt charts, work breakdown structures, and delivery schedules
- Define and evolve product roadmaps and release strategies in alignment with business goals
- Lead Agile / Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients - gathering requirements, managing expectations, and presenting progress updates
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks, blockers, and conflicts proactively
- Recruit, mentor, and groom engineering resources; ensure the right skills are in place at the right time
- Champion product quality - drive QA processes and sign off on deliverables before client handoff
- Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience
Project & Delivery Management
- Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and to quality standards
- Experience with Agile / Scrum methodology; certified PMP or CSM is a plus
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project, or similar)
- Skilled at creating Gantt charts, WBS documents, and risk registers
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
- Strong customer success mindset with experience building long-term client relationships
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs and pain points into clear technical requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to senior stakeholders
- Skilled at conflict resolution and managing difficult conversations constructively
Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on development experience in Java, .NET, or a similar enterprise technology
- Working understanding of cloud and on-premise solution architectures
- Ability to engage credibly with engineering teams and review technical proposals
