Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Manager located in the Pune Division. The Project Manager will oversee project lifecycles, coordinate logistics and resources, and ensure timely completion of deliverables. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage inspections, and oversee expediting processes to maintain project standards and timelines. Responsibilities also include optimizing operations, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring compliance with project objectives.
We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and ASP.NET, Angular, AI/ML, along with proven experience in handling end-to-end project delivery, team coordination, and client communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in Project Management and the ability to oversee end-to-end project lifecycles and align deliveries with timelines.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor skills to ensure project materials and resources are delivered on schedule.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes for maintaining quality and adherence to project requirements.
- Logistics Management expertise to coordinate and oversee supply chain and resource distribution for projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with compliance reporting and energy management systems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project management role.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET,Angular, Ai/ML
- Proven ability to lead software teams and deliver successful projects.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required.
