Project Manager (Mid-Level) – Agile / eCommerce Focus

We are looking for a mid-level Project Manager to lead the delivery of digital and eCommerce initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, QA, design, and client stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently using Agile/Scrum practices and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

This role suits someone with hands-on delivery experience who can balance execution discipline with stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Project Delivery

  • Lead projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Maintain and prioritize backlogs in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders
  • Track velocity, sprint progress, and release plans to ensure predictable delivery
  • Remove blockers and enable teams to meet sprint commitments

Project Planning & Execution

  • Define scope, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and tracking dashboards
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation across teams
  • Manage scope, schedule, and cost changes using structured change control

eCommerce Project Management (Mandatory Exposure)

  • Manage delivery of eCommerce platforms, website enhancements, integrations, or digital commerce initiatives
  • Coordinate with UX, marketing, and development teams on features such as checkout flows, payment integrations, product catalogues, and analytics
  • Ensure performance, conversion, and customer experience considerations are incorporated into delivery

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Act as the primary contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Gather requirements, clarify expectations, and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and delivery forecasts
  • Escalate risks or delivery challenges proactively

Performance, Risk & Reporting

  • Track project health using Agile metrics and delivery KPIs
  • Identify and mitigate project risks early
  • Maintain clear documentation including sprint reports, project plans, and release notes

Team Leadership

  • Delegate work based on team strengths and skill sets
  • Support collaboration across development, QA, and business teams
  • Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within teams

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–8 years of experience in project management or delivery roles
  • Strong hands-on experience managing projects using Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Mandatory exposure to eCommerce or digital commerce platforms/projects
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using project tracking tools and reporting dashboards
  • Proficiency with office productivity and documentation tools

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Agile/Scrum certification or recognized project management certification is a plus
