Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Kolkata. The Project Manager will oversee interior projects from initiation to handover, including planning timelines, defining scope, and coordinating resources across design, procurement, and site execution. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with clients and internal teams, managing contractors and vendors, monitoring site progress, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and design standards. The role involves expediting materials and approvals, resolving on-site issues, tracking project costs, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement in project processes to ensure timely delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material procurement, vendor follow-ups, and timely delivery of resources.
- Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee inventory, site deliveries, and coordination between multiple locations and teams.
- Relevant experience in interior design, construction, or fit-out project management is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, and contractors.
- Proficiency in project management tools and basic MS Office; familiarity with CAD or design software is an advantage.
- Any Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing will be considered as a plus point.
- Must have an experience of minimum 7years.
