We're Hiring | Project Manager / Project Coordination Head
📍 Location: Kozhikode, Kerala
At IAMA Designers & Developers LLP, we believe successful projects are driven by exceptional coordination, leadership, and execution. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordination Head to join our growing team and lead architectural and interior projects from concept approval to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate multiple architectural and interior projects from design finalization through project handover.
- Develop project schedules, execution plans, and monitor project milestones.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Review project documentation, BOQs, progress reports, and execution updates.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and proactively resolve project-related challenges.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders while ensuring timely project delivery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination within an Architecture or Interior Design Consultancy.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Sound knowledge of project execution, BOQs, technical drawings, and documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and project coordination tools will be an added advantage.
