Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Solar Project Manager. The role involves overseeing the successful delivery of solar energy projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution from design to installation and maintenance. The Solar Project Manager will liaise with stakeholders, coordinate logistics, and ensure quality standards through inspection and compliance management. Additionally, the manager will facilitate communication with suppliers and contractors to expedite project components efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Proven experience in Expediting and working as an Expeditor to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment
- Capability in Inspection and enforcing quality standards during various stages of project execution
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, ensuring the efficient transportation and storage of project components
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and attention to detail
- Understanding of renewable energy systems, particularly solar energy, is a substantial advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, or related field
