What You Will Be Doing:
✅ Engaging with prospective and existing clients professionally & building relationships
✅ Understanding requirements and guiding clients to the right solutions
✅ Managing and updating customer data through CRM systems
✅ Tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversions
✅ Coordinating with marketing for campaigns and lead generation
✅ Supporting sales strategies and reporting progress
What We Value:
* Strong communication skills (English fluency required, Kannada needed.)
* Confidence in handling clients and negotiations & good in building rapport
* Ability to build long-term relationships with courteousness
* Consistency in follow-ups and ownership of outcomes
* A self-driven, target-oriented mindset
What Helps You Stand Out:
* Experience with CRM tools and basic data understanding
* Background in Marketing / Business Administration & knowledge of customer
mindset
* Prior exposure to construction (freshers with the right mindset are welcome)
Work Structure:
* Full-time | Work from Office
* Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
