Our award-winning Zoho Consulting Practice collaborates with clients worldwide, enabling them to transform their business processes using the Zoho suite of applications. As we expand our consulting capabilities, we’re looking for a Project Manager who will work closely with our Technical, Functional, and Sales Teams to deliver value-driven solutions to prospective clients.
Responsibilities
▪ Interact with customers to understand their business process
▪ Design high-level solutions using Zoho CRM and other Zoho apps (Zoho Books, Creator, Desk, Projects, etc.).
▪ Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers' business process
▪ Manage the expectations of customers to ensure project success
▪ Conduct personalized user training
▪ Create walk-through videos
▪ Give ongoing support on issue fixing, enhancement, and queries while users are using the system
Eligibility Criteria
▪ 3 - 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, or Techno-Functional Consultant role (Zoho experience preferred).
▪ A knack for understanding business processes across industries.
▪ Team-handling experience is preferred.
▪ Proven experience in requirement gathering and solutioning for business software applications.
▪ Excellent communication and presentation skills.
▪ Ability to translate business requirements into functional specs or solution blueprints.
▪ Exposure to CRM, ERP, or SaaS platforms — familiarity with the Zoho suite, like Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, is a big plus.
▪ Self-motivation and the ability to manage multiple presales engagements at once.
▪ Track Record: Proven success in converting prospects into customers.
