Role Overview
The Project Coordinator is responsible for deploying technology solutions and supporting the ongoing maintenance of client programs. Working closely with the Project Manager, this role serves as a critical liaison between clients and internal technology teams, ensuring seamless program launches, integrations, and day-to-day operations
.
Key Responsibilities
- esSupport the Project Manager during end-to-end project implementations and client program launche
- s.Coordinate between clients and internal tech teams during new client installations and system integration
- s.Act as a liaison across internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, ongoing support, and program maintenanc
- e.Perform platform administration duties, including configuring programs, promotions, and managing client programs on a daily basi
- s.Create and maintain process documents, requirement templates, and MIS report
- s.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining priorities in a fast-paced environmen
- t.Apply negotiation skills and composure to handle complex, high-pressure situations effectivel
y.
Experience & Technical Ski
- lls3+ years of experience in project implementation and suppo
- rt.Proven experience working with and creating MIS repor
- ts.Hands-on experience with technology platforms and platform administrati
- on.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams during project maintenance and suppo
- rt.Exposure to supply chain processes, factory/plant module operations, inventory, batch management, dispatch, and production workflows is an advanta
- ge.Experience in plant implementations within the Agriculture or Agri-Processing industry is a pl
us.
Qualificat
