Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role located in Bengaluru. The Project Manager will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure timely completion within budget and scope. Key responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing resources, tracking project progress, and mitigating risks. The role will require close collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams while ensuring adherence to industry standards and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and execution
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with construction processes and facade engineering
- Effective communication and client relationship management skills
- Ability to manage risks, budgets, and resources effectively
- Technical knowledge of construction materials, design processes, and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Prior experience in construction, architecture, or facade projects is an advantage
