Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly driven and execution-focused Project Manager who can lead complex technical projects across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.
The ideal candidate should have:

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution- Own end-to-end project lifecycle from:
- Requirement gathering
- Planning
- Execution
- Delivery
- Post-release monitoring
- Break down complex product requirements into actionable tasks and milestones
- Define sprint planning, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
Team Coordination & Management- Coordinate with:
- Backend teams
- Frontend teams
- DevOps teams
- QA teams
- Product & design teams
- Ensure alignment between business priorities and engineering execution
- Conduct standups, sprint reviews, and project review meetings
Product & Technical Understanding- Work closely with technical teams to understand:
- APIs
- Backend systems
- Cloud infrastructure
- System dependencies
- Production workflows
- Understand software architecture sufficiently to identify blockers, risks, and delivery constraints
- Agile & SDLC Management
- Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies across teams
- Ensure proper SDLC processes are followed
- Maintain project documentation, workflows, and SOPs
- Track sprint velocity, release cycles, and delivery metrics
Risk Management & Escalation- Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and delivery challenges proactively
- Coordinate mitigation plans and escalation handling
- Ensure project continuity during unexpected production or operational issues
Stakeholder Communication- Act as a communication bridge between:
- Founders
- Clients
- Engineering teams
- External stakeholders
- Provide regular status updates and execution reports
Productivity & Process Optimization- Improve operational efficiency across teams
- Define workflows for:
- Task management
- Documentation
- Reporting
- Team accountability
- Ensure project tracking systems are updated and maintained properly

Experience- 4–5+ years of experience in:
- Project Management
- Product Execution
- Technical Program Management
- IT/Software Project Coordination
