YOUR TASKS
- Plan, execute and oversee the entire lifecycle of assigned projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project requirements.
- Develop detailed project plans and manage all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery within budget constraints.
- Participate in project scope definition, goal setting and performance measurement against established targets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify project objectives, devise strategic plans, and set deadlines.
- Communicate project status, escalate issues and propose solutions to stakeholders and upper management.
- Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
- Ensure that necessary quality assurance processes are in place and adhered to, and manage project documentation to ensure the accuracy and quality of project deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and develop corresponding plans and initiatives.
- Facilitate project meetings to gather status updates and ensure that projects are progressing as planned.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to optimize and improve future project executions.
- Maintain project management tools and software to track and report project status, and ensure data accuracy.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a related industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead cross-functional teams.
- Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, tools, and principles including Agile and Scrum.
- Certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of personnel including senior management.
- High-level problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, prioritize workload, and manage project-related risks.
- Proficient in project management software such as MS Project or similar.
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomatic, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and budgeting processes.
