Role Description The Solar Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end solar project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The Solar Project Manager oversees site assessments, installation activities, quality checks, and adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements. Daily tasks include monitoring project progress, managing budgets and timelines, resolving technical and operational issues, and preparing regular status reports. The role also involves supporting client communication, ensuring project documentation is accurate, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in solar or renewable energy project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of solar system design, installation processes, and relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with project management and documentation tools; familiarity with basic MS Office applications.
- Bachelor’s / Masters degree in engineering, renewable energy, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site at project locations and oversee field teams.
