Job Title: Project Manager – Casting Yard & Pre-Tensioning Works

🔧 Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
Project Manager to oversee the establishment and operation of a
casting yard and execution of
pre-tensioning works for infrastructure projects (bridges, metro, highways, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, quality, safety, and timely delivery of all activities.🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup and commissioning of casting yard facilities
- Manage pre-tensioning and post-tensioning operations for precast elements
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Coordinate with design, QA/QC, procurement, and site teams
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards
- Supervise production of precast components (girders, segments, sleepers, etc.)
- Implement quality control procedures for concrete and stressing operations
- Monitor subcontractors and vendors performance
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent is a plus)
💼 Experience
- Minimum 8+ years in infrastructure or construction projects
- At least 3–5 years in casting yard / precast / pre-tensioning works
- Experience in large-scale projects (metro, railway, bridges) preferred
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of precast concrete technology & prestressing methods
- Familiarity with casting yard setup and logistics planning
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards
⚙️ Additional Requirements
- Ability to handle multiple teams and deadlines
- Willingness to work on-site and travel if required
