Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Project Manager at ElevateIQ University. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate projects across various departments, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic goals. Daily responsibilities include creating project timelines, monitoring resources, managing deadlines, collaborating with teams, addressing project challenges, and maintaining quality standards. This role will also involve communication with stakeholders and evaluation of project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Project Management, including planning, execution, and problem-solving
- Experience with Expediting and Expeditor tasks to ensure timely completion of project milestones
- Familiarity with Inspection processes to ensure project quality and compliance
- Knowledge of Logistics Management and resource allocation to optimize efficiency
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with AI-driven platforms and technology is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
