We are looking for a highly motivated project manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge AI voice and conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience managing real-time voice AI projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and ensuring successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI voice and conversational AI projects.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and client stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, risks and dependencies and ensure timely execution.
- Coordinate sprint planning, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
- Ensure project quality, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Drive successful deployment and adoption of voice-based AI solutions.
Technical Skills Required
- Strong understanding of Speech-to-Text (STT) Streaming
- Knowledge of Endpointing and Voice Activity Detection (VAD)
- Experience with WebRTC or SIP-based Audio Systems
- Understanding of LLM Function/Tool Calling
- Prompt Engineering for Structured Data Extraction
